Poor service!
I have a very bad experience with the snap deal customer service or you can say post sale service of Snapdeal. I have bought a product through Snapdeal. I received the product but I was not satisfied with the quality of that product. Snapdeal facilitates the customer return option. I was trying from my end to cancel the product but couldn't success. I called the customer care and asked them to take the product back and requested for the cancellation. They accepted the request. It was normal till this point then after I have been waiting for a long time around 10days, reminding them for the same but each and every time they respond with a single statement that the product will be picked up soon as We have escalated the case on high priority. They don't know the meaning of high priority. It is just a empathizing statement being made by them. I am really disappointed with their post sale service. No one has come to pick the product though the product was delivered to me from Gurgaon, its hardly 2 hours of run from East Delhi.
I am fond of shopping online, I have had experience with Amazon, Jabong, Flipkart and namy more but never faced this kind of issue.I request you not to shop from Snapdeal, they make fake promises to customer post sales. For them customer is just a fool.
