Very light
Just the right amount of cushioning
Better foot strike
Increased running speed
Lesser fatigue
Longer distances
Good to have to insoles for adjusting cushioning
Blue with neon green is very lively colour to run with
Very good deal during GOSF 2014

What I didn’t like?
- Yet to find one.
After using Skechers GO RUN RIDE 3, I am convinced that most of the leading brands of sport shoes are more brand and less product. Suggest fellow runners to give Skechers GO RUN RIDE 3 a try.
