Shuttl has been discontinued from 20april onwards at all Kolkata routes.
Shuttl had notified that all the remaining rides fare will be refunded back to my bank account, post 20th April, 2024( after discontinued service) .
I am yet to receive any communication further regarding the refund of my remaining 16 unused rides on the app itself.
I used to recharge 10rides for 30days, ( @rate 118per rides fare, approx) .
Please let me know how will I get the refund & when will it be initiated.
