The offer turns out to be a fraud, as instead of actual open discount coupon, like the carrots, they would provide gift certificates of 10-20 % discount, which again calls for some more purchases to be made.
They might follow the legal framework, in view of the language of their announcement, but their intention is fraudulent. Please go through the offer very minutely, and then take a decision.
Regarding customer service, the response is very poor, sometimes they would take more than seven days for a simple query, that too even after several reminders.
There is also no provision for direct interaction with the manufacturer, which is needed to get the complete specification of the product. The store does not specify about the commission which they are actually getting from the transaction. The policy regarding non-availability of the product is also very dubious. You are not sure about the prospect of your order. This is especially true for the competitive offers. So, be very careful before placing any order.
