I ordered a product on 2nd March from Rediff for which the product is not dispatched till yet. I already informed them before placing the order that I need the product by Saturday and they were very sure of it. Also, there's no response from Rediff regarding this, they don't even reply to my emails. And trust me you can never connect to them on call. Poor network and busy line. Now, I have cancelled the product and hope I get the refund on time i.e. within 4-5 days as committed. If you want to give them a chance, just try contacting them first on their helpline and you will surely drop the idea. Order number- 9261103.
