Shop Mistry has been such a draining, dismal experience.
I ordered a bag online. Its marked MRP awas 18,500, and it was made available on sale for Rs10,500. For a brand with the promise of luxe - the sent bag was such a sad version of what had been depicted- unfinished edges, colour peeling off from places and an inside that looked like a street bag-
No lining, and tacky finishing.
When I complained, they offered to exchange it - showing some conscience. Though thereon began the pitiable story of no show. No replacement bag came, no answer to 9/10 messages and a no answer to any of my calls to enquire status. When they did deign to respond to 1 of my ten texts, they answer with gay abandon with whatever meets their fancy at the moments including messages saying that the replacement bag has already been shipped to it will be shipped the same day. They have no qualms saying it again a few days later - with no accountability of what was said earlier. Net net - no bag yet!
Such a collassal waste of time, money and good will.
I then looked online and discovered an abundance of such reviews by multiple people that have had such an experience, though these reviews aren’t visible upfront as they have been masked by the brand not allowing them to show prominently online. I thought I owed it to flag it on a neutral platform so it’s visible to others. Seems bizzare that they are getting away with duping people repeatedly ??
