I have purchased this card beacuse they are saying that you will get refunded first year joining fees if you shop 2000 with your card and will will gave you 2000 rewards point which will be converted into cash after shop of 2000 I found that will not refunding whole amount they are deducting the tax.
The customer service is not good as the private sector banks.They are taking so much time to resolve one query.
The rates and charges are high.They are taking 599 as a joining fees and from the next year if you will not spend more then 75000 then again you have tobgive the yearly fees.
The overall satifaction is below average.
