I was in Lucknow, when the second COVID wave started in April.
I had to rush back to Jhansi with my daughters so I booked a cab from sawaari rentals and paid the booking amount of some 1400Rs.
I was a little apprehensive about traveling along with children so checked the reviews of sawaari and found that most of them were negetive and the views were also about losing the paid money.
Though the customer care were very supportive and assured that I would not face any problem but I was unsure so I requested to cancel the booking 8 hours prior to the travel, thinking that my money is lost.
But to my surprise the money was credited back in my account the next day.
Though I have not availed the cab service from Sawaari, I may in future think of trying it.
I will definitely share my experience with you all in future. Till then I will give satisfactory status for customer support.
