Shaadi.com is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

I made an online transaction for sangam to upgrade my membership through Google pay.4 days are already over .Till now the membership has not been activated nor they refunded my money.Contacted the customer care of shaadi since sangam doesn't have any contact details and shaadi customer care are not at all ready to solve our problem.To get my money back I am running after them.They are number one cheaters .So please don't do any upgrade process since if the payment failed they won't refund our money.I am going to take up this issue legally.

Still they haven't refunded my amount.They are just sitting there to loot our money.
