My husband and myself went for a General Health Checkup to Sagar hospitals, Tilak nagar, Bengaluru in March 2010.
*Procedure**We went at 7 am on an empty stomach, after taking FBS readings, they provided a decent breakfast. Then systematically they sent us to every department for every check-up. The corporate discount we got was very good. The consultant Dr. Syedullah, I think, was excellent.
*Cons**:The eye and ear checks at just an eye-wash!!! They forgot to tell that Mammogram is recommended only for women above 35 years. Ultrasound is enough for those who are younger.
*General info:**The other check-ups were fine. There is not too much of a waiting time. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are crowded they said.
I realised how much better Sagar hopital is, when someone described the horrific time they had at Manipal hospital for the same, and also my own experience with my mother at KR hospital, Banashankari. Terrible. So if you want a master health check-up, do consider Sagar hospital, Tilak nagar,
