I had been here for my lower back treatment. One of my office friend brother was a doctor and he too was working in bhandup few years ago but recently he has shifted to thane. He gave me reference to this doctor named Zeba. She was a physiotherapist and I started taking treatment from her.
Initially she gave me assurance that I would get fine if I followed her advice on physiotherapy an the exercises that he used to teach me were good enough for my back. I used to feel the difference after doing the exercise for 15 minutes.
She advised me to do the set of exercises that she thought me to do twice daily and once at the hospital which made it thrice a day. But I didn't do it thrice daily so I couldn't blame her at all. It was a mistake from my end and so I take all the blame.
Few things that I would suggest is that the hospital should be even more hygienic as the washroom that I used was not good.
I would recommend people to visit this place if thy are suffering from back ache but you too have to put in efforts. Recommended!
