Respected Karnataka Public and Indian Public, very first I am grateful to this public review platform. Very long pending remuneration from RCIS(Royale Concorde International School) / RCET(Royale Concorde Educational Trust) received after posted my very bad experience to the public through “mouthshut.com”.
As I was not received my worked day's remuneration from RCIS Group of Institution and Manhandled by the Chairman of the institution which is indigestible and unforgettable.
My remuneration was not paid for the month February – 2024 which due on March – 2024 for INR.90, 000/- and for month of March – 2024(till 05/03/2024) which due on April – 2024 for INR.14, 517/- after deduction of TDS u/s 194J. After my review posting on the same subject, the said above remuneration been paid by them as given below:-

My bank advise has given above for all yours ready reference. However, the manhandled me subject which is highly impossible to forgo / forget in my life. After they made above transfer due to my repeated post and one of them turned as “ROD”, their representatives very repeatedly calling and forcing(it can also be stated that “TORTURE”) me to remove my writings. As I was avoiding Mr. Manje Gowda K S(having contact number 99450 03568) one who is calling by himself as an advocate due to his continuous call and torture, they started calling me through multiple and different numbers on regular basis. The above-mentioned Advocate might know that the “Manhandling” subject is punishable under Sec 323, 325, 351, 504, 506 and Sec 294 in the case the victim was abused by the employer and charges shall be framed as well as it is criminal proceeding. It is a criminal offense as well as I have enough and more rights to file defamation case.
Their advocate and representatives rather continuously calling, messaging and torturing me, let them professionally and legally educate and teach such institution and its owners to adhere the law with rules, ethics and professionalism with logic.
RCIS / RCET transferred the said above amount which was for my worked days remuneration. It is the right to receive my salary is my fundamental right in India, protected under Article 21 of the Constitution. This means that employees have the right to be paid their wages on time.
I do not know whether the deducted TDS shall be remitted to Central Government of India and PAN based TDS certificate will they issue or not?
I do not know whether they know about the Prosecution Under Section 276b of the Income Tax Act for Failure to Deposit TDS and second proviso to section 194B, he shall be punishable with rigorous imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than three months, but which may extend to seven years and with fine. Also, penalty and interest proceedings for not paying and filing deducted TDS and TDS under section 200, 201 and 234E.
State and Central Governments officials may keep quite on this kind of institutions and its owners due to their political and muscle powers.
These kinds of Personalities are thinking that they can do anything just because of their Political Power and Muscle Power which is defined as Audacity / temerity / brazenness.
It is my humblest request to all Indian Citizens and Public must and should teach them the right lessons by and through professionally and legally.
