Worst place to stay in palolem, pathetic service, dirty smelly bathrooms.
It was a v bad decision to stay here. apart from the location, nothing is nice. Service is pathetic, staff are rude at all times, poor facilties, ACs don’t work in the rooms, dirty smelly bathrooms, dirty linen, no room service. They play VERY LOUD MUSIC TILL 12 AT NIGHT, and after that just lower the volume slightly its still very disturbing. Cant sleep here at all. They’ll not reduce the volume of music at night even if ur feeling unwell. Very inconsiderate people. They don’t care about you, just take ur money.
There is no sea view even from partial sea view rooms(the room we booked), only view of dense bushy palm trees. Food is overpriced. No sea view whatsoever from any room(as opposed to the pic shown on various sites) IT’S A FRAUD, NO SEA VIEW AT ALL. Overpriced place. No relaxation is ever possible in this place. Worst place to stay in palolem.
