My net is not working since 21 Days(and counting),
I have logged 4 complaints,
on dates 10/03/2016
14/03/2016
21/03/2016
22/03/2016 and every time complaint was closed without repairing!
And more. They told me you need to pay for whole month, and after your complaint get resolved you can ask for compensation!
The distribution panel of reliance is lying on road like a dead dog, creates problems every month, but the visiting technician says it's not my job to do anything regards this, he is not even ready raise a complaint behalf of us(as we don't know where to complaint).
They literally don't care about customer.
