Extremely poor customer support

I am rediffmail pro customer since last few years. I have found the web portal to be highly deficient in services. Their customer support hardly answers and takes action. Only computerised auto reply comes and then it is end of contact.


It is very poor service


The company  does not listen to customer complaints.


I am forwarding them spam mails received in my email box for last 6 months from some doubtful parties jumping the redimail;'s mail filters. But they have not bothered to even reply  forget about blocking these spams and setting their mail filters rights. Specific information about spammers have been given repeatedly and even legal warnings but they are careless and shameless.


The server is also unstable and  mails from yahoogroups frequently bounce.  Many mail servers globally reject its mails as bad envelope sender  or as unreliable and unstable mail service.


The goods purchased by me on rediff mail shopping were found to be of poor and low quality.


In all this is  a  web site run by inefficient and incompetent guys and better be avoided..


Emlightened consumers  are advised to cooperate byu rejecting this mail service globally.
