Don't ever book with rebus! Had a bus breakdown and a very bad experience, reached 6hrs late with no breakfast or bathroom breaks carrying a baby! Redbus didn't take up any responsibility to get the ticket refund, instead arranged a call with the bus operator! That guy is abusing on asking refund and also calling on my personal number repeatedly after that! What a pathetic service you people have at Redbus!
