My mother called me in the mid of a night asking me to recharge my sister's cell phone quickly on account of some disturbing news. My sister was at her inlaws place in a remote place and needed immediate recharge in her prepaid mobile phone.There were some serious issues related to communal violance in her village requiring lots of calls to be made.

I did it immediately as I had tried this site in earlier occasions to recharge my MTS data card. I thought its all done. Starting from next morning for 10 days I spent more than the recharge amount to check if it got recharged.

There is no way you can speak with them or mail to them. They have some funny way of feedback system where you have to enter all the details of recharge including your horoscope details. Mind you, you are likely to get all marketing calls once you give the contact numbers in the feedback.

Anyways, I had given all the details and got a SUPPORT TICKET FOR FAILED RECHARGE 00086210911 and waiting for someone to revert on this. Now in this page they have an escalation page again and you need to re-enter the details again if it is not resolved again. Although it is more than 10 days as mentioned, I feel it is really funny to enter the same details once again in the same feedback site. It will ask you the same details again(Tran ID, Order Id, Date, Number Blahh. Blahh.) with out any escalation details or reference of earlier support ticket number. Why these nuts go all these round about.

Best be avoided. Alternatives are:

• Go to the nearest stationary shop to get a recharge.

• Go to the mobile site and get it done

• Now transfer is possible from one mobile to another

• Go to mobile banking sites of banks(viz. ICICI Bank) and do it or do it online

Please be aware of these cheats. they are funny and jokers. for 250 recharge they may ask you to finally touch their feet. I made the mistake but you avoid
