I have applied for railware broadband 10mbps connection through the authorised vendor in Pune and it has been 10 days I have not received the network. The local vendor visited my residence couple of time for configuration and I made close to 100 calls as follow up on my user ID and password. Till date no coonection is provided. I registered a complaint with the railware but all in vain. The railware is least bothered about their customer as this is a subsidiary of Indian Railway so, who cares attitude. I feel I made a blunder by paying 6000 towards the broadband connection.
