I purchased RAJEJA QBE insurance for my car this year from Policy Bazaar. I thought I was making a good decision of taking Raheja insurance. I have been driving cars since 2012, and in all these 12 years, this is my second claim, which is a small amount, and the previous one was also a small claim, actually, but the car was different at that time. It means I am donating a huge amount every year to companies like you for insurance without any claim for 10 years.


While taking insurance, we are expecting that when we really genuinely require your support in case of an accident, you should help us. When I made a claim to Raheja, I was expecting that the genuine claim should be covered under this policy and opted for the zero depreciation policy, so I needed to pay only processing charges in case of claims. But this did not happen to me. When the Raheja QBE surveyor, Mr. Abhishek came for a visit. He was just trying to identify how he could save his company money and disapproved the maximum claim amount. He just tried his best to disapprove the maximum claim amount by predicting his foolish analysis that this is not the damage after this accident or after the purchase of our policy. He denied to approve genuine claim. The senior person of Raheja QBE, Mr. Rohit is always a busy man and does not even bother to reply to my WhatsApp messages.


When I bought this policy from Policy Bazaar, no one bothered to take photographs of my car at that time, and now these fools are predicting the damages, which are old ones and new ones. I am sure this happened only due to the fake and fraudulent promises made just to sell your product to genuine customers. Even the Policy Bazaar team did not give me any proper solution to this, as they were unable to connect to Raheja QBE team in 3 days which is really big joke.


Finally, yesterday I paid an extra amount even after zero depreciation insurance for my car and took delivery of my car. My overall experience in all this was bad, and in the future I will definitely never, ever go for Policy Bazaar or Raheja QBE in my life for this type of bullshit services. Both are the unprofessional teams who are in market just to make money for free from genuine buyers of policies and now we should avoid taking this type of bullshit services from Policy Bazaar and Raheja.


The Policy Bazaar team also failed to provide any proper solution even after 3 days, which is the worst part of all this, as they promised us while taking the policy from them that they would support us in the scenario. But these fools just gave me a reason why they are unable to connect with the Raheja team. ??. I just want to laugh at them. Then why are you there as a mediator? What is your role? Just to take a free commission on all these things.
