I had ordered for Mport 11C USB hub for my laptop. On receiving the product on 12th July 2023, I found that some ports are not working and opened the ticket with them through e-mail as no other option available in their web site to report the issue( Very bad support system or I can say that support does not exists) .
I received the response to my email in two days stating that they can not refund the amount. A fraudulent and cheating organisation as after collecting the money from you they are done with it no support nor issue resolution.
I commented on their Facebook page as well as tweeted in their twitter account about the issue. My comments were conveniently deleted as they don't want others to know that they are frauds and into unethical business practice.
Don't lose your money in faulty and low grade products for which you may not get support or refund.
