Hello,
We bought two new polycab ceiling fans for Rs 5000(Vishrantwadi, Pune). Noticed noise soon after installation. Filing complaint with Polycab since last 4 months. Problem not resolved and no positive response. We feel like we were defrauded by POLYCAB. Customer care is useless. They have a cancellation team who just cancel the complaint without even intimating the customer. Pune service center response is pathetic. Polycab is a bad company with useless products.

TIMELINE BELOW:
15.07.2021 - Bought two numbers ceiling fans(Elanza 1200 MM) for Rs 5000 from Shanti Electricals, Vishrantwadi Pune
Aug 2021 - Noticed noise from both fans. Filed a complaint
Aug 2021 - Technician(Mr Owais) visited and tightened some screws and left.
Aug 2021 - Noticed noise again, filed complaint.
Aug 2021 - Technician visited and said he will send senior technician to resolve.
Sept 2021 - Till sept no senior technician visited. I reminded the local service center and they said the fan blades need to be replaced and they have placed the order.
Oct 2021 - Made several phone calls to the local service center and spoke to Mr Awaz-manager who kept promising that they are waiting for the fan blades.
Oct - Nov 2021 - Between Oct and Nov spoke with Mr Awaz manager of the classic enterprises pune who kept promising that the complaint is open and they are waiting for the blades.
Nov 27th 2021 - The problem is not resolved and no response from the local service center. Spoke with customer care of polycab who just said they will look into it.
Problem is still not resolved.
We made a wrong decision in buying a useless POLYCAB CEILING FAN for a high price.
Please replace both the fans urgently or return our full money IMMEDIATELY.
