Pathetic experience at the salon. I had a pedicure and a root touch up service. I specifically called and asked for a style director. I also checked if both services can be accomodated today, they said yes. They gave me a random hairstylist who could not guess the right shade. The pedicure was rushed and pathetic. Despite choosing at Rs 2000 pedicure the service provided was below mediocre. In the middle of my service, the receptionist asks me for payment. I agreed as the salon already had my balance. The trauma started after giving the OTP. Every salon gives a proper blow dry after root touch up
I had only asked for a straight blow dry. The receptionist randomly started shouting that this cannot be done its getting late. If its getting late, why give late appointments. You should deny the service. You cannot tell someone after collecting the payment that we are going to do a shitty job now. Pedicure massage was barely there. No base coat or top coat applied. If you are in a hurry just deny service. Why charge money and give substandard services. Absolutely pathetic
