• Website looks great, tempted me to buy lot of stuff for my new setup in Bangalore. I bought one dining table, on time delivery and looks good. Next ordered sofa, but damaged. Decided to return, but they offered me some discount.
• But…, dining table chairs(Roger Dining Set Four Seater by Royal Oak) started tearing with in 3 months time. Contacted Pepperfry, they are least bothered about it. I didn’t expect any money from them. But they should provide standard/quality furniture.
• When you buy, you need to consider 2 things. 1. Is it damaged piece or proper piece? As soon as they deliver, need to check immediately. Especially US returns: don't trust like US, in US they have solid return policy. Here return policies are not strong 2. Some stuff may be good for looking, but quality may not be good(similar to our dining table).
