PaytmMall.com is a Fraud e-commerce website allowing the seller to sell defective items and do not allow the customer to replace or return even if:
-Defective product received
-Product or packaging is damaged
-Product is different from description
-Product parts/ accessories missing
-Received lesser items than what I ordered
When contacted Paytm official says this is due to seller policy.
Paytm policy is just to allow such seller to do fraud and took away the money of innocent customer.
Recently I purchased Jockey vest Order No. 3833365046 after paying Rs.499(Rs.50 shipping included) from Jockey India(official) and shipped by Jockey India(Page Industries) itself.
Jockey India sent defective vest not fit to use. Hard earned money gone waste.
I contacted paytmmall as well as Jockey India but there is no response for the replacement or return since a week.
It's a FRAUD and Cheating by Jockey India in collaboration with PaytmMall
