Bought loafers. At the time of selling salesman promised 1 year warranty that includes free repair & replacement in case of wear & tear. Shoes started to chip off within 2 months. After several follow ups they refused to replace or even repair the shoes. Even when we buy shoes from a local shop they last atleast for 6 months or 1 years. Pavers England have pathetic quality and very highly priced shoes. Will never buy again.
Shoes that we have given to them are also never returned to us. I have been chatting with someone from Pavers's on Messenger who claims that he is the CEO of Pavers. 2-3 times we went to the shop to collect the shoes back. Though all the others shops were open because of relaxation by the government in 2020, this was the only shop that used to be closed all the times.
