Parle kismi bar is actually a sweet bar , loaded with good things , and rich in fibre contents . The packaging is very fragile and weak , it's basically a plastic layer, covering the whole bar . Thus it's not hygienic. There is a high rate of sugar and fat content present in this bar , which can be pretty much harmful to our health . Thus this isn't an ideal sweet bar .
