Very bad experience in terms of services.SR 250407005111 raised on 07th April 25 but no engineer arrived today is 12th Apr 25. TAT is 24-48 hours. More than 70 calls no resolution daily change status with excuses service will happen today or tomorrow. Although charged in Advance 2700 through Vijay Sales. Today again new slot for service given i.e., 12 th April 25 between 10:00 a.m to 2;00 p.m. it's 01:15 no call not engineer number shared. Very pathetic and harrassing service what to do with these fellow.
