I would like to submit my experience as follows:
a) Estimated fare of the trip as provided by Ola on 07/11/21 was 456;
b) Final bill amount after the trip as received was Rs.521.
c) Driver collected Rs.1070 from me.
Since I arranged the cab through Ola, it is the duty of Ola to provide me the complete invoice with breakup of tax / toll charges / etc. Please note that the tax slips / toll charges for the car should be produced during the period of my usage only. I am going to submit those details to the state road taxation department. / Toll / Media.
e) Ola cannot shut its eyes from the responsibilities and go on the will of the drivers. Ola cannot close any ticket on the basis of the will of a driver and not take any responsibility for the fare charged.
So, I am requesting here to send me the complete invoice for Rs.1170 with the breakup of other charges giving details pertaining to road tax invoice number date / time and the same for toll.
If you will not provide me with sufficient information I will highlight the matter in the social media, facebook, various forums, etc.
