I recently ordered 4 products on Nykaa, out of which 3 were appropriately delivered to my address. 1 product is still not delivered to me, yet the Nykaa app is showing me it's delivered. I was at home when I got this message that the product is delivered. This got me confused and I asked for help through Nykaa chat. Later on I called customer care. They both assured me multiple times and said they are investigating and they have highlighted my complaint. Still no response from the team. They have emailed me the date on which product was delivered. But this clearly is wrong investigation. They didn't provide me with proof. They didn't even question if the delivery person misplaced or delivered to wrong address. There was no OTP shared. Seriously disappointed. Not returning my money nor properly investigating. My trust has been broken as this can happen with anyone. They will just say delivered but you'll will receive no product. What guarantee do you'll provide that product is delivered to the correct person?
