After placing a couple of orders on Nurserylive.com I find them simply another bunch of irresponsible people.
Their motto seems to be making quick money and overlook the service. The company bluntly refuses to take any responsibility post shipping which is marvelously callous.
I placed an order purchasing two rose plants one of them had black fungus on delivery and died. I repurchased the same, this time the same order took an additional day to deliver a similar plant. After sending pics instead of coming with a solution they replied with questions as what to do? Amazing.
I do not think they have seriously looked into business and are just selling away some wares that they have errantly acquired. Also from reviews prior to purchase as well post the same I find that they are not a registered company and their representatives recede into sleep when asked their contact numbers, as there are none on the website.
