Fraud Clinic. Review on Nova IVF Fertility - Basaveshwaranagar - Bangalore

Fraud Clinic. I had gone there only to get a fertility test done as it was provided by my corporate health insurance. A simple blood test and the clinic was forcing me to share my ID proof. The govt only mandates id proof for a transaction>2 lakh rupees. These simple tests are provided by every health care partner without any need for ID. I told them upfront that I will not share my document and they were ok with it and took my blood sample. In an hour, I get a random whatsapp call from+91 72046 6xxxx. Y phone automatically disconnected. Then the person texts me that he is some Nagarjuna from Nova calling for feedback. Once I called him I realized he did not call for feedback. He started blackmailing me to share ID proof for my blood tests. I asked him for govt law which he could not furnish. When I told him I will drag him to court for first lying about ID proof requirement, collecting blood sample then snooping in my number and not communicating via formal channels. After that he started routing the blackmail calls via his customer service team. I really dont understand why a blood test would need my ID proof. If tata 1mg does not need it, manipal does not need it, who is nova? If you still need it, just be upfront instead of lying collecting blood samply, deducting voucher from corporate account and then blackmailing on whatsapp call. So unprofessional! How would anyone trust this clinic with something so crtiical as IVF! Also they delete reviews instead of accepting their mistakes
