Just run away from this company. Some bunch of liers and fraud people are working in this company. From agent to Team Leader and including managers they just give you false commitment. Also they deny to do things even after giving email confirmation they don't keep their words and do not honour any promises made in writing. My refund was not processed and I was harrassed for a month to pick up carton boxes and refund. Even after several calls to their call centre and escalating case to grievance and sending mail I had to do lots of follow up for my refund and now company has denied to honour the penalty amount refund which was promised through email.
