Much efficient and genuine than Traditional Broker. Review on Nobroker

Few months back, I received a Job offer from Pune, Maharashtra. I had to shift to Pune from Ballari, Karnataka in 15 days time. All the traditional brokers were asking for very high commisions equivalent to twice the monthly rent of the properties. Then, I found NoBroker.com(a friend of mine suggested). Since I had less time and a particular requirement for a 2 BHK in Aundh, I took the Relax Plan and paid around ₹ 3, 500. The app gets a new interface and first asks for all my requirements. In total I would get 45 properties choices minimum. I was assigned the Relationship Manager: Mohammed Aqib. He was very helpful. He carefully noted my requirements and was sending the property suggestions. I would reject some, request visit for some and finally found a perfect one I was looking for in Bopodi, Aundh.

The only downside I experienced was that I used to get so many call and emails and so many text messages were filling into my phone from NoBroker. It would be better if NoBroker works on this and keeps the communication only via the App. I would get calls from the Owners’ relationship managers, their supervisors, some field agents and some times the owners themselves. It gets very overwhelming. It’s better if they restrict the communication to only between us and our relationship manager and if Interested, property owner.

Anyways, at one time, I told my Relationship Manager, Mohammed Aqid that I was not able to manage this and he took care it.

Instead of going to traditional brokers, better go for this.
