I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent shopping experience with Nicobar. I placed three orders during your sale for gifting purposes. However, in my first order, I mistakenly chose the wrong size. I immediately wrote an email requesting cancellation before receiving any dispatch details but did not receive a response. I also attempted to call your customer support, but the line was busy.
Because of this, I went ahead with my other orders, assuming my request would be considered since it was a genuine mistake. When I finally managed to connect with your team over a call, they said the product was dispatched as per policy we cannot accept returns. While I wrote an email before the dispatch, I said whenever I received the product I would courier it back - I even offered to pay for the shipping charges and take the amount as store credits instead of a refund. However, I was informed that since the order had been dispatched, cancellation was not possible.
As a customer, I have tried to resolve this smoothly, but I haven't gotten any help from your team. This has been one of the most disappointing shopping experiences I have had, especially from a brand I have liked and trusted. To add to my frustration, I noticed that the same product I purchased at ₹4, 550 during the sale was reduced to ₹2, 000 just two days later. This significant price drop has made me question the quality and fairness of the pricing, and I sincerely hope the product I receive is not a reject piece.
This entire experience has left me with a bitter taste, and I truly hope Nicobar takes customer concerns more seriously in the future. I would appreciate a response addressing my concerns.
