I have a bad opinion about their app. I had ordered diabetic medicines after uploading the prescriptions for my mother. Generally it takes 2-4 days to deliver the medicines. The very next day, I get a message saying prescription is not uploaded, through I had clearly uploaded the prescriptions. Anyway I uploaded the prescription again and called them. Call center executive told me that it takes 3-4 hours to verify the prescriptions and then 2 days to receive the medicines as it needs to be shipped from Ahmedabad.
I got a notification same day saying that prescription is approved.
Fast forward three days, when I didn't receive the medicines, I checked the status in app only to find the medicines are not yet dispatched and they are still processing. I dont know what they are doing. Trying to call call-center is not working.
So I had to rush to nearby medical shop to buy the diabetic medicines; it seems they are not at all serious and become complacent.
On the other hand, I have good things to say about pharmeasy app. They dont allow the payment until they have processed which generally takes one day, and within a day they deliver the medicines as it is disaptched by local chemist which is very quick.
Just go for pharmeasy which is much better than netmeds.
