Recently on 16th Jan, 2016 I bought Rs.300/- product through this E-commerce comany which after 1-day they informed as the product is not available they're cancelling the order and refunded the amount in their Wallet.
After I angrily e-mail them about how they'll credit the amount in their wallet without even asking from the customer, they informed that they're transferring the amount to my linked bank account but even after 3-weeks there's no sign of refund.
I again mailed them but no response, no one is there at customer acre to pick your call and chat now option on their portal is also of worthless as I used 2-times to send my request for refunding the amount in my account and every time they responded that after checking with back-end team they'll do the needful in 3-days but their 3-days window never comes till date.
I wonder how this types of comanies are given permission to opearte which are bolt on country's credibility and try to befool the customer for such a small amount, I really shocked and feel depressed with such a damn care attitude towards the customer from our Indian Companies.GOD give them wisdom and I pray all customer to don't fall in the trap of discount they publicise but verify their credibility, delivery systems, customer care
