Me, when it comes to food.. its a BIG-FAT-NO-NO Compromise... situation.. It should undoubtedly be a win-win-drool-types.
Nandhini is a chain of restaurants which is present in almost every strategic place in Bangalore.
Call it, Jayanagar/Majestic/Kormangala etc. etc....
Coming to their specific"Andhra Cuisine brand", I must say, Nandhini chain is the ruler. No one to come to their proximity also, though many faltoo restaurants try to ape them, all in vain :-).
Nandhini is like the "King khan of the bollywood"!!!
Andhra cuisine is not an easy cookable material. Your culinary skills will be put to actual stress when you cook Andhra food. Because, it is not the sadha types. It has to be tantalizingly sour+spicy+hot. So, it should not be too less or too much. Perfection should float in the rasam/sambhar/paplu.
They provide hot rice on whch they put ghee(optional) with which you have a zillion other things to eat like rasam.sambhar/palya/paplu/curd/chutney pudi/chutney/pickle ... lot more.
I always get confused where to start. My gourmet skills get converted to Gluttony :-(
My diet goes for a toss. This is a non-stop-munchable food thingi...
All you lovers of spicy/non veg/veg food... do check in here once in your life times, before they let go of their quality... please////// very affordable prices too...
MM... I am dripping like a dog!!! I am leavin for dinner now to Nandhini.. ciao ppl
