This is a nice product from muscle xp. Not only recommended for gym goers but also other people who want to take care of their health. As it contains more vitamins and minerals than other products. One tablet is sufficient for a day as it meets the daily recommended dose in most vitamins and minerals. Good product overall in a lesser cost compared to other imported brands like ON, Muscle Tech etc. I was detected with some vitamin deficiency and this product was there to save me! Overall good product. Go for it!
