If the items didn't deliver, it is very difficult to contact through App or no proper way to contact.
I did google for the number, they can understand the problem.
They should learn from BigBasket, so easy to contact customer services.
Upload photo files with .jpg, .png and .gif extensions. Image size per photo cannot exceed 10 MB
