I have been using word processors since 1996.In the beginning it was Wordstar on DOS with its DOT commands.When Word arrived via Wordpad it was a pleasure to use its graphical interface on Windows.Indeed it seemed you could do anything on Word as long as it was on the Menu.Now I use Word 2002 on XP.I am amazed by its interactive, self-correcting self.
It is like a computer by itself.It corrects your spellings, alerts about sentence construction problems.But I think the best part of Word is its Clip-art.Using this feature you can include any picture as long as its in your computer.Whats more you can edit the size, the position and also do appropriate cropping.Then you can draw tables according to requirement.You can specify the number of rows and columns and also the table style.Finally Word can be used to type in all indian languages if you possess the appropriate software.Indeed all in all this is such a versatile software and yet so easy to use.
