This was acquired by German company Merck in 2016. Original name is Sigma-Aldrich. Managed by Indian management. MITC established in 2017 through mass hiring of 1000s of people.

The German company is amazing but a bit racist, but manageable and highly professional. But the Indian center is the worst especially in Bangalore.

The leadership sucks to the core. Typical Indian narrow minded mindset of the leaders in its IT department. No ethics. No Structure. No organization. Random. Chaotic. Licking each others smelly holes. They lure you with competent salaries.

But you will be shocked to find out all those guys in MITC are third grade engineers and failed ones who are hired to save costs.

They do not have any professionalism, manners. Most Telugu guys are favored here. You will meet the most mannerless leaders, mannerless managers, team mates, lazy failed characters trying to put on a big success show. CIO is a Italian and drools to promote every woman so you will find lot of these worthless women running the show here under the name of diversity and women empowerment. Constant restructuring and no stability.

They are so stingy, rarely you will get team outing and dinners. Even if they take, the manager will not allow you to order but he will take the menu card and order on behalf of you. So cheap their leaders and managers are.

Most visible employees do not lick holes, but they literally eat sht oozing outta their leaders and managers to get raise and promotion.

Bit #1 is the main Sxxxx who acts like she is the queen of Bangalore and owner of this company. She doesnt have any Fxxxxx manners and always mistreats employees and puts on a great fake show. She will yell at people in front of everyone. She joined the company as some receptionist or something and now after licking the Italian asse now became the fake star of Bangalore office. Hope she and her family rots in hell.

Second bit is Axxxxxx Kxxxxx and a mallu having such loud voice. She is not a women. She is a real devil in person. Doesnt deserve to be in any position. She should be selling banana chips in kerala. She has seduced lot of male leaders to be where she is. And became rich through corruption, living in luxury apartments. She will scream and shout and highly drama bit. Screw that bit. She doesnt have any brain and dumb female she is.

Last but not the least, biggest bit is Jxxxxx Gxxxxx in corporate communication from Mumbai. As usual, from North-west India, too loud and arrogant and a showoff. She is so short; I dont know how she satisfies her partners. But acts like she owns and runs the whole company. She will yell at you in front of all the colleagues and humiliate you. Toxic bith. Hope you too rot in hell along with your family this year.
