I have been regular customer of Medplus for last 5 years.
But now a days having pathetic/ horrible experience in your Sarjapur store. One executive is always misbehaving and unreasonable. He is most pathetic executive I have ever seen in your store. I purchased some medicine for my father few days back. First of all he has given wrong medicine and when my father was feeling dizzyness due that, and he checked why is that happening and found he has given wrong medicine instead of telema he has given telemaH
When I had gone to exchange and told him that he said he can not exchange and started misbehaving.
He also said there are 200 customer like me and nothing can be done to him... do whatever you want to do.
Want the company to take stern action and remove him.
