I have never faced any online platform who is cheating their customer like this.
I have placed an order which they have re-order own their own as one of the item was missing by cancelling the previous order.
Surprising part was, they havent returned back my money, and they were also asking me to make payment once again for the less number of items.
Worst part is you cant even contact any customer care as after selecting all the options the call gets cut. IF you contact them by email only auto generated tickets will come but no reply.
