Worst after sales service I have ever experienced. They are only bothered to sell the software and once you buy it, they don't even care to set it up. I did the biggest mistake to buy Marg ERP Counter software for my company. Guys go for Tally only and don't commit the mistake I have committed. I bought Marg software as I found it relatively cheap compared to Tally but now I am regretting as neither company is giving training to support it neither I am finding accountants who can operate on this software.
It is unbelievable that I even contacted its founder & CMD Thakur Anup Singh to share my grievance but even he didn't cared to address to my issues. So you can imagine that if the top boss is least bothered what you can expect from the staff below?
Wasted my money
