Today I'll be sharing my experience and review on one of the online real estate portals in India, makaan.com
I have searching for a 2bhk residential flat in borivali west for some time now and in my search I try to use all the resources available at my disposal. I have used agents and other websites like 99acres and housing.com
Maakan.com website looks good on the homepage and offers easy search with additional filters as per requirements. These filters like city, area, price, flat area, amenities help you to narrow down search to a handful of options and make a better choice.
The results offered in makaan.com are good and with important features listed out first and not wasting our time. The results are at par with other sites like 99acres and housing but it lags in user experience and ease of using it.
So it may lag some features but its very good and some very good listings. So I would recommend makaan.com to people and would rate it 3.
