Last week I have visited “Mainak Restaurant”, Address- 99, Grand Trunk Rd, PATAL BAZAR, Khosbagan, Bardhaman, West Bengal.
I don’t know who has the bad luck but my experience was not so good about them, actually its really ‘BAD’ .
Let me point them out here.
Waiters - no, they are not waiters. They are actually doing social services by distributing ‘free foods’ there. Their way of interaction with guests are not been trained.
Atmosphere- that was really fantastic, it smells like a place where we throw garbage. Such a unhealthy ambience.
Food- Food quality was good on that price range; I don’t have any complaint on that.
Service- as I said before, waiters are not professional, sitting arrangements are also not good, they take so much time to deliver foods. Presentation of food was very bad, the plates are not clean. Also they don’t accept cards, maybe they are trying to increase their “BLACK MONEY”.
Rooms are not clean; also they charge extra price for that, really it’s new to me.
That’s my review on Mainak Restaurant.
