I have purchased the IVR system and the system was functioning properly. I have raised the complaints but there is no response.

My big mistake, I have paid 100% amount. Now my money is locked with knowlarity and refused to refund. See, how they cheat. Almost 2 months over still am trying to my money back. GOD PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THESE CHEAT COMPANY.
