We bought their RO water purifier 'superb' model for 24K. The first 2 yrs post the purchase, its functionality was good. After that, for every small issue it had , their service staff kept changing the parts & that too the wrong parts which did not need a replacement (either due to their lack of knowledge or in a bid to sell their products). When the problem persists even after that, they change more parts. Kent does not have any knowlegeable staff who can identify the exact problem. Easiest way out for them is to change the parts on a trial & error basis till the machine works properly. This kind of service & attitude results in heavy expenditure to their unsuspecting customers. Here in hyderabad, there is not a single person who knows how their machine works except their marketing officer who is prompt in attending to his customers needs going out of his way. Sadly, even their local customer service manager is found wanting in his knowledge about the machine. It is best to avoid buying kent machines unless you want to take on endless ependiture of replacing the wrong parts.
