Most of the reviews written on this website about this product are negative in nature. Experiences are totally personal in nature. I do not hold such a negative opinion about this product as I feel the build quality and cooling is good enough. I faced initial problems as the rotary fan jammed within the first few hours of operation but it was repaired within 2 days. The service call was initiated by Vijay sales (mumbai, andheri-w) and real repairs done by company technician. After that there is no problem till today. This is the third summer of cooler usage. The flow of air is good.
The most negative point is the noise it produces. Rest all the features are fine. It is simple to use with minimum buttons and it is easy to fill the water from the front. Pricing is slightly high in comparison to similar competitive products but then I cannot say much about the other products as I have not used them.
Someone wishing to buy this product should compare similar looking models by other companies like bajaj etc.
