It has been a while since I have been visiting the place. Jughead's at Powai.
Though the location of the'unrest'aurant is a bit snug right below the Powai bridge, you are sure to be delighted once you step into the place. The welcoming staff greets you with all fervor and warmth. Also offering you a place of your liking.
The restaurant has a nice view from it's full glass windows, overlooking the Powai flyover and the Powai Lake beyond it. A real treat for nature lovers like myself.
Starting on the menu, it has a variety of munches. Lovely and filling Starters and delicious Iced Tea to begin your meal with. All oh-so nominally priced(The miser that I am). Except on the most recent occasion, I have found their Ice Tea to my liking at all times.
On the main course, they have a huge list of sumptuous sizzlers. Chicken, Lamb, Fish being some variants I can think of. Though I have been a fan of their Mix Chicken sizzlers, the Lamb mix is surely not for the soft-bellied. The kidney and liver are quite raw, much unlike other sizzler joints in India.
The prices for sizzlers too start from a mind-boggling INR 280 to around INR 400.
All in all a very pleasant and cozy situate for all ages.
